At Hemka Apparels, we are committed to providing high-quality tailoring services and quality women’s and girls’ clothing. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy before placing an order.
Custom Stitching Services
All stitching, tailoring, and alteration services are customized according to the customer’s measurements and design preferences. Therefore, these services are non-refundable and non-returnable once the stitching work has started or the order has been completed.
Customers are requested to:
- Provide accurate body measurements.
- Confirm the design, fabric, and stitching details before placing the order.
- Attend trial fittings, if required.
If there is a stitching defect or fitting issue caused by Hemka Apparels, we will make the necessary corrections at no additional cost.
Ready-Made Garments
We sell women’s and girls’ clothing from Hemka Apparels as well as selected other brands.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- A valid invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized stitched garments.
- Altered garments.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
- Clearance, discount, or sale items unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged for:
- The same item (if available), or
- Another product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an incorrect or defective product supplied by Hemka Apparels, we will bear the return shipping cost.
For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
- Ready-made garment orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Stitching or tailoring orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.
