Our collection includes blouses, tops, churidars, sarees, lehengas, gowns, kids’ wear, and other women’s fashion products.

3. Orders & Appointments

  • Tailoring orders may be placed online, by phone, WhatsApp, or at our store.
  • Custom stitching orders are confirmed after receiving measurements, design details, fabric (if applicable), and any required advance payment.
  • Ready-made garment orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and delivery information.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Stitching charges depend on the design, fabric, embroidery, and customization requested.
  • Prices for ready-made garments may vary based on the brand and product.
  • Hemka Apparels reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice.

5. Payment

We accept payments through approved online payment gateways, UPI, bank transfer, cash, and other available payment methods.

Customized stitching orders may require an advance payment before work begins.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Custom Tailoring

  • Orders for custom stitching cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • As customized garments are made specifically for each customer, they are not eligible for return or refund except in cases of workmanship defects caused by Hemka Apparels.

Ready-Made Garments

  • Returns or exchanges may be accepted for eligible ready-made products, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper washing, or normal wear are not eligible for return.

7. Measurements & Fitting

Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements.

Hemka Apparels is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

8. Product Images

We strive to display product colours, fabrics, and designs accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, monitor settings, or manufacturer updates.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and designs, is the property of Hemka Apparels or is used with appropriate permission. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
